Cooking Quinoa is easy, just like rice, but follows a Golden Ratio:

1. Rinse Well: This is the most important step! Rinse the seeds under running water in a sieve for 30 seconds to remove the natural coating (saponin) that can taste slightly bitter.

2. The Ratio: Use 1 cup seeds to 2 cups Water.

3. Simmer: Bring to a boil, then cover the pot, reduce heat to low, and let it simmer for 15 minutes until the water is absorbed.

4. Fluff: Turn off the heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes. Fluff it with a fork. You will see a tiny white "tail" pop out of the seed—that means it's perfectly cooked!
